Policy on Digital Millennium Copyright Act

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property owned by individuals just as we expect respect for our own rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512(c), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a notice to remove infringing content through our DMCA Agent as listed below. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA, which give immunity against claims of copyright infringement.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature from the copyright owner or their authorized representative is required.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted material that has been allegedly infringed.
  3. Details of the infringing material and information to help locate it, including the URL of the page.
  4. Contact information of the complaining party, such as name, address, email, phone number, and fax number.
  5. A statement indicating that the complaining party believes the use of the material is unauthorized.
  6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the information provided and the authorization of the complainant to act on behalf of the copyright owner under penalty of perjury.

Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes civil penalties, including costs and attorney fees, on those who knowingly provide false information in an infringement notification under Section 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Please send all takedown notices via our Contact page, preferably by email for swift action.

Note that we may disclose the identity and information from any copyright infringement claims to the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this communication.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you’ve been notified of material takedown due to a copyright claim, you have the option to provide a counter notification to have the material restored. This notification must be in writing to our DMCA Agent, following the elements outlined in 17 USC Section 512(g)(3).

  1. Your signature, physical or electronic, is necessary.
  2. Description of the material taken down and its original location.
  3. Statement, under penalty of perjury, that removal was a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, consenting to jurisdiction and service of process.

Submit your counter notification via our Contact page, with email as the preferred method of communication.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict stance on copyright infringement. Under the requirements of the DMCA, we maintain a list of notices from copyright owners to identify repeat infringers, whose accounts will be terminated if they violate our policy.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update this policy page for handling DMCA claims without prior notice. It is recommended to check back frequently for any changes.
